Sessions

Dolley Madison offers a variety of class times to help parents meet their busy schedules. Morning and afternoon classes are available. The school also offers late lunch, which is available Monday through Thursday for an additional charge. Late lunch space is limited.

Morning Classes 9:15 a.m. - 12 p.m.

2 1/2  year olds --  two days a week

3 year olds -- two, three or four days a week

4 year olds -- two, three, four or five days a week

Afternoon Classes   12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (no Friday afternoon classes)

2 1/2 year old -- two or three days a week

3 year olds --  two or three days a week

4 year olds -- two, three or four days a week

Pre-kindergarten  (completion of a four year program required) – five afternoons a week.

The Pre-K Class at Dolley Madison Preschool is designed for students who have completed a four-year old program and would benefit from an additional year before entering Kindergarten.  The Pre-K class is open to Dolley Madison children as well as students from other preschools.

A continued emphasis on:

• Approaching pre-reading skills visually and phonetically

• Encouraging oral communication and literacy skills

• Promoting beginning math

• Facilitating social and play skills

• Refining fine motor abilities

Speech and Language Therapy services as well as Occupational Therapy Services are available.
